Matthew Puckett and Lex Land!

We are knee-deep in post-production, editing, and all that jazz but don't want to be completely radio silent.

We have an amazing composer we'd like to introduce you to - MATTHEW PUCKETT!

Matthew has been on our team for a while and I've been bugging him far too often for help with temps. I knew he was perfect for us when I threw out a few random bands I had been listening to and he knew every one. He has already written some amazing guitar-heavy score for our movie.

We're huge fans of his already.

We have also started working hard on our soundtrack with our awesome Texas-based Music Supervisor, Lauren Bucherie, and are stoked to announce some of the bands who are signing on to the project.

Just as a tease, we want to announce that LEX LAND has officially become a part of our soundtrack.

I have to say I was unfamiliar with her songs before Lauren sent me over some samples, but when I heard them I flipped. She has plays adorable pop music with so much heart.

Early on my editor and I started using one of her songs, "Oh My!" for a driving scene at the begninning of the movie. I got so attached to it because it had so much optimism and hope in it. It set the tone for a road-trip-gone-awry only in the way a good songwriter can.

Check out "Oh My!" below. I think you'll dig it.
